Returns:
Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to correct return address and all returns must be issued a return authorization by each individual manufacturer or distributor in which item has been produced or shipped from. Returns received used or without original packaging per DayAndNightBedding.com policy will not be accepted unless defective. Please call customer service direct prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. All special order bed skirts, special order canopy tops, special order bedspreads, Italian Linens and "Special Order" items are non returnable. Sheet sets not defective are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in. Silk bedding not defective are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in.
All Sales Are Final. Upon receipt of any return customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to manufacturer if returned or is a non-returnable item per DayAndNightBedding.com policy.
All items are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt by customer. Items for exchange must be issued an exchange number and items must be in original resaleable condition and not to have been used or washed per DayAndNightBedding.com policy. Returnable items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged, defective items which are non-returnable will be replaced only. Customer is responsible for return of defective item per DayAndNightBedding.com return policies. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. What is Combed Cotton?
Cotton fibers are obtained from the seed of a cotton plant. Combing separates the long desirable fibers from the short immature fibers to create a stronger smoother yarn.
What is Pima & Supima Cotton?
A very strong, high-grade cotton of medium staple developed from selected cottons in the southwest United States.
What is Egyptian Cotton?
Cotton grown exclusively in Egypt and the longest fiber staple in the world. This means less linting, more durability, more luster and a softer feel.
What is Percale?
For U.S. Standards Percale simply means that the material is a minimum of 180 threads per square inch, however, many European mills, as with Italian bedding, will refer to their 100% cotton bedding as Percale or Percalle which in this case means that the material is a 100% cotton and a type of construction which is consistent with percale in the U.S, meaning a non sateen 100% bed sheet.
What is thread count?
Thread count is determined by how many threads are in one square inch of fabric. In the 180 count sheets, one square inch of fabric would have 100 threads going in one direction, with 80 threads going in the opposite direction. Add the 100 with the 80 and that equals the 180 thread count.
